I am following the 36 week program pretty diligently, but I m surprised that I am gaining weight. Does anyone have any clues for me?
I think I am gaining some muscle, but not really sure. My scale that tells me body fat has not really changed that much, so according to the scale my body fat remains about the same.
I was in a pretty good shape since beginning the program starting at about 145 lbs and 5' 7". I am now closer to 149 lbs and I have been steadily gaining weight.
