I'm training for the IMLP 09. I've been using the free ultra distance plan. Learning a ton along the way (especially that my heart rate training the last few weeks has been off). Anyway, I'm leaving this message in hopes that anybody who is interested in getting the training plan for a garmin 305 may be in contact with me. I've been adding the workouts (bike/run) to the garmin software and won't want anybody to have to go through the suffering of entering this stuff i have (roughly 2 to 3 hours a week). If anybodies interested leave me a comment and we'll figure out how to get you the .tcx files.
