- 24 years of endurance sports racing, mainly triathlons and ultramarathons. Focus most of my training on longer distance races and normally 1-2 "key races" per year. I ski and snowshoe race during the winter months.
I travel extensively with my consulting work, so I focus on structured weekly workouts

Background of Ultra Distance Triathlons - Going Beyond the Ironman
I have been competing in triathlons for 24 years with a focus over the last 5 years toward Ultra-Distance triathlons.
