Last time I was here, I was training for IMC 2008. After a miscarriage it was really tough to get back into shape to even make it possible to train for and compete in IMC that year. With a year of no exercise, the tri bug finally bit again and hopefully 2010 will be a different year. Mike's plan worked well for me before my plans changed, why look anywhere else?!
Read your bio...had a similar situation where I had to bail on IMC 2009 due to a surgery. Basically been off training for a year. However, I used Mike's training plan ifor IMC 07 and had my best race ever that year - so I'm back to the 36 week plan for IMC 2010.
Wishing you good luck in your training and see you at the race!
