Hope your training is going well. Got the book "Going Long" by Joe Friel and it has alot of good basic info for ironman training . Can't wait til the weather warms up, I am already sick of the bike trainer!
Sorry it took so long to reply. Training is going well, I am actually enjoying the run/walk method of running-hope it will keep me injury free!Can't wait for warmer weather, I am already tired of the trainer!Keep in touch and good luck!
Any advice is appreciated! My goal is to stay injury free and I think the 36 wk plan will be good for my goal. Keep the info coming. It's good to hear from another mother who has actually done this race before!
