I can't agree more with this post. Half the time I'm looking at my printed out training program, still tired from the last workout, wondering "how am I going to do this?". 8 hour weekends and late nights at the pool, just to wake up 10 hours later...
Hey Teri thanks for note - glad to know I'm not the only one feeling that way! I will tel you this, if you continue to follow the plan to the "T" race day will be enjoyable. It's the (consistent) training that's the hard part. Stick with it and good luck!
