About Me:
I am a former 252 lb. beer swilling couch potato who decided enough was enough. I did my first triathlon in May of 2005 at about 210 lbs. I have been as low as 180 lbs and am currently hovering a bit over 190, but serious about my 2008 comeback season (I did not race competetively last year and only did a Century - in Death Valley - for Juvenile Diabetes). OK, so I'm only a mid-packer, but I can still have a comeback!!! Fueled by Hammer Nutrition and powered by God, I hope to make good use of the Open Tri International Triathlon plan and all of the great folks I have already met here. I hope to keep up to date progress on my season.
