Jamie,

Thanks for the comment! i am definitely back to things. I actually raced three times the end of last season with a 1st overall and a 3rd overall. So not too bad to go into the off season. Turns out that rest was the best thing that could have happend to me.

As far as litespeed goes I LOVE IT! I have a Blade (tri bike) and a sienna (road bike). This is the thing about riding Titanium (ti)...its the best. It is still, however, it isnt as stiff as aluminum so the ride is nice. All of the newer bikes come with carbon forks and seat posts which allow for the absorbtion of the little road vibration. The bike is strong...handles really well...accelerates really well...and is extremely durable. Its an awesome all around bike.

With that said...if you arel ooking to get a tri bike...carbon doesnt feel too much different than Ti. Now of course that depends on how aggressive you have the frame set up...my frame is set up ultra aggressively, (bars as low as they go with the seat like a foot higher). However, on any tri bike your body weight is positioned over the front wheel anyway...so wheather you're riding carbon or Ti..there is not much difference.

I Love it! I recommend going to Strictly Bicycles in fort Lee. Speak to Nelson. he is a great guy and will help you out. I know its a bit of a pain in the ass to get to but he is a good guy who won't rip you off and might even have one to test ride! Any questions let me know!
