Just completed my first full season and I am excited for next year... It has been great training and getting to know the community in the North Jersey area. Looking forward to more good times!
Key Race for 2009:
Alcatraz and Timberman... also doing Harriman, Wyckoff, NYC, Westchester and Bermuda.
Long but good! did 13 down 202 and back, road is too narrow but good rolling hills. Cars have no choice but to be close. I won't be running there again. Need to find a 15 mile loop for Sunday. Sorry I missed Tom's party have a good time?
Thank you for the welcome wishes. I would love to come and pick up my jersey. I have to get re-fitted for my bike today after work, but maybe friday afternoon if that is ok. Where would I have to go for it? so many questions!!!
There are 2 races this weekend in Harriman. Will you be at the one on Sunday (aug 17)? I am looking forward to meeting you as well and being a part of the club! Delete Comment
Hi George! I was told to reach out to you regarding the GR Tri club. I just joined on Friday. Any information you can give me on events, meetings, etc would be helpful. looking forward to hearing from you.
hey george... that blister i got during the tri has stopped me from running, but it doesn't hurt to bike, so i'm doing a bike-specific week. i have done 118 miles so far this week, with about 25 planned for tomorrow, and your 50 miler saturday. colonial looked like a flat road today after riding around west milford the day before! you have to head west some time!
Great job to you too! Awesome bike split! I am doing Randolph, NJ (Oly) and West Point. I am also thinking about doing the Delaware Diamondman half in September. What races are you doing?
Hey George,
Good job this weekend too. It was my slowest time in years but I am on the road back to recovery and it can only get better. I am hoping to get a ride together this Sat for about 60 miles and leaving from the Market Basket around 6am. I have a sweet 60 loop up Skyline Dr, down Long Meadow Rd and into Harriman. Let me know if you or any of your buddies can attend.
