I'm passionate about age group triathloning! 2009 will be an off year for triathloning due to a wonderful change in my life. Ashley & Cailyn were born 12/15/08. They are keeping me plenty busy on top of my busy medical practice. I guess you could say it's a duathlon at my house everyday. We'll see what happens 2010!
