Ironman USA report
Arrived in LP on Thursday, settled in and went for a swim.. 1-Lap. During the back half of the lap, I was pacing off another swimmer and ducked under one of the inflatable buoys with a breast-stroke kick. All of a sudden it feels like I had a needle stuck in the inside of my right knee… I had tweaked the meniscus tear I had since last November. - Dink! I saw a Dave Becker with a craaazy fast bike in Wyckoff and thought that might be you. I'm just getting started on this triathlon stuff, but am very psyched to make the most of it. Looks like you've got lots of experience. We're living in FL now. Any time you want to ride over skyline (road bikes this time) let me know. I'll try to keep up.
