John Congrats on chasing down your other dream. As for me, I'm still working in the basement - I have the corner office in a basement. Also, good luck on the 24 hour shift. That's gotta be tough. I'll be in Louisville around 3pm or so to check in...

Steve and John Right now I've got my goals posted to my wall at work. I've targeted 11:05. 1:25 for the swim, T1 - 5 min, 6:00 for the bike, T2 - 5 min and 3:30 for the run. The area that I might take off additional time is on the bike, maybe 15 ...

Only 3 weeks left and I'm feeling quite tired. I need to recover for the big race. Also, I'm starting to become sensitized to every ache and pain; thinking it's worse than it really is. John and Steve, did you read the packet that was sent to you...

Hey Steve Nice to hear that you're back to running. Looks like you're putting in some serious biking and running. I'm not at that level yet. This weekend, I hope to put in at least a 100 miles. Keep running, but be careful! We're at the most impo...

About Me:
I've been a distance runner for most of my life. Just within the past couple of years I started doing triathlons. First, with sprint distances and then I've moved gradually to longer distances. Last year, I completed my first long course in Morgantown, WV. It was fun.
Key Race for 2009:
