Hi.
Not sure if anyone is reading this, and really dont care... Just wanted to post this into the void that is the internet to get it out of me:
I JUST "RAN" FOR 45 MIN. TODAY WITHOUT EVER EXCEEDING 70% HR!! Trickiest training session I have ever had. Running and staying below 70% was difficult, but staying below 65% was damn near impossible!
The next couple of weeks, that I will be using to adapt to my training schedule will surely challenge my patience...
