Thank you for the Ultra Distance Training plan. I used it for IMOO and saw huge improvements in my swim and run times this season. I promised the wife no IM next year, but I would like to do some shorter races. How can this plan be modified for a HIM as my "A" race next year? Thanks again. -Mark
Actually, I have the same question. I began following the program 3 weeks ago, with a goal of racing the California IM 70.3 scheduled for March 27, 2010. It seems to be the most comprehensive program I've come across, especially for the price. Thanks again for posting.
