Similar to the marathon before a race, but my questions goes one step further I think.
I was wondering how people are balancing their racing schedule with the training program. Some of my tri races are warm ups to give me a good indicator how my pure training is going as well as focusing on my weaknesses such as swimming and biking. But I was curious how much people are tapering for a race (olympic or half) and the how long are people recovering. I'm afraid that I'll burn myself out by the time my "main event" race comes up in August.
