OpenTri

Hi,

When riding on the trainer I am usually riding with my hands rather high on the handelbards. Lately I have decided I should pay more attention to ride in a lower position and on the aerobars, simulating teh actual riding on the outdoors for as long as I can. I also pay much more notice to looking forward (at teh TV) and not down (at the computer controlling the trainer).

Beside the positive afect of becoming much more familiar with the spiritual world of my baby girl (the baby channel :-) ), many of my "riding muscles" are aching, and the riding experience is of course somewhat harder, and of course there is the increased risk of injury.

I would be happy to hear your recomendation - should I assume real live position on trainer ride, or leave it for the longer weekend session outside.
