HI there ! I'm a newbie here. I'm French and I gonna do the IM FL this year for the first time; I'm looking for some training information for this race.

How is training going Ironman FL athletes? For those of you who haven't done IM FL I have included a swim start picture below. I will try to get all of my 2007 pictures uploaded soon. My wife did a great job with pictures and really captured the day and the excitement. I'll try to get them posted somewhere.
Best of luck to you all in your training and let me know if you have any questions about the course or where to stay, anything. I know I had so many questions before my first IM last year and I love talking about it.
