Hi everyone! I am currently training for IMMOO 2009, using the 36 week plan. My question is : Has anybody used this plan to do IMMOO, and if so, do you feel there was enough cycling in the plan to prepare you for the hills of Wisconsin? Thanks and have a great day. -Mark
The trick is to do your Saturday rides over similar terrain, building up in size as you go along (i.e. small hills to start, building to big mountains by taper time). Old Sauk isn't that bad if your head is ready for it.
