You know Lyle, I say contact tattoo establishments in Penticton- they are always super busy the day after the race. They will have the best ideas- they might even have an IM portfolio you can take a look at.
Maybe combine the design with something else that is meaningful to you- something that has helped you make it to the start/finish(!) of the race?

Dose anybody have any great ideas for a tatoo for my first ironman witch I pray will be ironman canada this year.
I am 58 years old and have never head one and I want to put something a little different than what I've seen on most people.First I got to do the ironman but you got to be positive they say so I'm thinking about a tatoo.
