Event Description
The first women's triathlon to take place in Historic Lewis Morris Park and Jockey Hollow State Park.
Swim: 1/4 mile "M" shaped swim in Sunrise Lake
Bike" Two 5 mile loops from Lewis Morris into Jockey Hollow. The ride has short but challenging hills.
Run: Along shade covered Pariot's Path. Two 1 1/2 mile loops of off road path.

Daugters of the Revolution: Moms race side by side with your daughter
Patriotic Pal: Race with best friend or training partner
